I met with Laura and a friend of mine for a Saturday afternoon Vision Board Workshop. I thought I knew what to expect when it came to vision boards: you cut out pictures of things you want from magazines and then you glue it on a board and look at it from time to time. I found that Laura’s approach is much more personal and thoughtful than my notion - it’s a spiritual journey.
